Cal Poly Counseling Services

Cal Poly Counseling Services is an on-campus service available to enrolled students; they also offer educational workshops, individual or group therapy, crisis intervention, mental health trainings, and consultations. These services are free and confidential, provided by mental health professionals. If you are in need of immediate crisis counseling, you will be seen immediately in-office during normal business hours; after business hours, call the crisis hotline to speak with a live mental health professional. If you would like to schedule an appointment for counseling services, call during normal business hours (often, these scheduled appointments will be referral meetings to other campus/community partners that would best suit your needs).
