October: Dating Violence Action Month

Join Safer for Dating Violence Action Month through our campaign: Pathways to Partnerships

Relationships are a journey, built on communication, trust, and continuous growth; this month is offering tools and dialogues to build that foundation.

Violence and abuse can occur in many forms of relationships: not just the married, heterosexual, co-habitating ones. Harm can happen in casual relationships, friends with benefits, situationships, long-distance relationships, and intimate partners – of all identities. Therefore, “partnerships” alludes to this mission to end harm in all forms of relationships, regardless of the narrow scope often depicted in media.
